I love Liberty Buick as a dealership. My sales person Charles MacDonald is a fantastic sales person along with always finding me a great deal. He even came to my house to help me with programing my garage door opener for my Buick. This is now my 2nd car with Liberty Buick. They have always been fair with me from the get go. The service department gets you in right away with a pretty fair wait time with donuts, coffee and TV. If you don't want to wait they will furnish you with a ride home and pick you up free of charge. The whole crew at the dealership is pretty outstanding in every way. You will not be disappointed with this dealership if you choose to use them, I just want to mention my service associate Matt in repair of my car he always has a nice smile and is quick on his feet to make sure you are taken care of. More

Joe was a very attentive salesman, he communicated what he is trying to do very well and had open communication with his managers to work out the best they are willing to do. Dealership was actually clean, he is trying to do very well and had open communication with his managers to work out the best they are willing to do. Dealership was actually clean, it didn’t look like a sketchy yard with a bunch of cars laid out like some others. Overall experience is probably one of the best experiences with a dealership within reason. More

I purchased a 2016 Buick Enclave back in December. I initially met with Ryne Czyznik and later with Justin Grubb. Both were very helpful in making my purchase. I appreciated that they were not the typ initially met with Ryne Czyznik and later with Justin Grubb. Both were very helpful in making my purchase. I appreciated that they were not the typical 'pushy car salesman' type you come to expect at dealers. They were friendly, answered my questions and assisted with all my needs. Justin even delivered the car to my house! Ryne did as well after a repair job. The overall experience was a great one. There was an issue with the power steering leaking which was noticed after a couple days. While it took a few trips to the service department and a little time to figure it all out, I was very pleased that Liberty made the repairs with no charges. They had great follow through to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. It is now 3 months later and I love the car and am very happy with my experience. Thank you Liberty! More
