Enjoyable and easy. Benny made the buying experience enjoyable. He put us at ease . We told him what we wanted and he looked it up and he had everything we wanted and mor Benny made the buying experience enjoyable. He put us at ease . Great Experience This was by far the smoothest car transaction I have ever experienced. I was originally set on leasing the Toyota Rav 4 instead of the Equinox. I have owned Toyota's for years and have been extremely happy, however, George Sarkis convinced me to give the Equinox a try. I am a convert!! Customer Service I did have a few issues with my new vehicle however Benny was exceptional in communicating where we were with the process. When my vehicle was finally I did have a few issues with my new vehicle however Benny was exceptional in communicating where we were with the process. When my vehicle was finally delivered they came to me with the vehicle and were so kind and apologetic for the issues that came up. I would recommend Bob Johnson Chevrolet to anyone for their new vehicle!! More

Very satisfied, our second purchase this past year. Benny, our salesman did an excellent job helping us with everything. However, our Equinox came with one FOB.
