Nice people but not well organized Nothing is more irritating then having a check in hand and you cant get a response back so you can buy the vehicle you searched for, even when paying Nothing is more irritating then having a check in hand and you cant get a response back so you can buy the vehicle you searched for, even when paying Full Price. This dealership wouldn't negotiate off a single dollar, including the $699 document fee/doc fee that is basically nothing short of a non-benefit to the customer, and only pads the bottom line for the dealership. Paying full price does not preclude the salesmen from ignoring your calls, so I ended up just calling in to ask if someone else was available to take my check, since I had taken off 2 days to consummate and complete this really simple transaction. Bernie Gonzalez was kind enough to take over and get everything underway, thankfully. As soon as i received confirmation from the manager that I could finally come in that's when the salesman texted back and said he would meet me there so he wouldn't lose his commission. I am still waiting for the missing paperwork on the upgrades and warranties included with my purchase, but who knows when/if these will be found and mailed to me. I think the real issue is the low commissions the salesman are paid, because there isn't enough incentive for customer service if your commission on a $38,000 truck is $175! These salesman are barely paid a living wage it seems. More

The service center itself did a great job. I bought a 2019 GMC Acadia. The wind;shield had a crack in it that was there when I bought it and could not be patched again. The service center sai I bought a 2019 GMC Acadia. The wind;shield had a crack in it that was there when I bought it and could not be patched again. The service center said it had to be replaced. I asked Derek, the sales representative I purchased it from, about the windshield and he said I might have to split the cost and I said No. He put me through to Vance and he said they were in the business to make money and they could not pay to replace it. I was not happy at all and I let him know I was not a happy customer at all. Vances' last words to me were "I will have to check out the price of the windshield and get back to you tomorrow. I never heard a reply back from him at all. I had to call and speak to Derek 3 days later to find out what was going on and he said they were replacing the windshield and it should be ready the next day. A phone call would from Vance would have been nice. Derek had it cleaned and ready to pick up the next day. This whole process from the date of purchase until I got my car back was 3 weeks.
