Thank you for your response. If paying your salesman a $175 commission is the best in your area, then I would hate to discover what the other companies are doing to compensate their worker, because this barely seems like a living wage that one can survive on, doesn't it? It seems that the salesman's commission was ~1/3 of the charged doc fee, so really the dealership paid nothing to the salesman from the purchase price of the vehicle. This is really sad and doesnt help struggling families thrive in the community where your business is located.

Mr. Penoyer, I would love to discuss our sales peoples compensation if it is that important to you since you seem to be completely misinformed. Let me just say that we have been in this community for 60+years with multiple locations and the longevity of our people are in the decades not years so for you to even go down the road our compensation is totally out of place since you do not know and understand our business. You are obviously dissatisfied with things and you have the right to vent your frustration in today's world and if there is a real issue that we are not handling for you I would love to meet with you to do our very best to satisfy what ever it is you are not satisfied with. Feel free to let me know what part of the above I am misinformed about, as I am basing my apparent 'misinformation' in regards to my experience at your location and from what I was told directly by your staff while I was there completing my transaction with your dealership. This is the purpose of your review that I was asked to provide, and hopefully you are using this process for a beneficial purpose. Further, I have owned 2 car dealerships here in Georgia in the past and I am very familiar with the car sales process, fees, and commissions paid.
