Bernie and the Rock River Team have sold my grandfather and mother vehicles, and she knew I'd get the same professional care. Bernie secured my desired car, put up with some of my phone-tag, and guided throughout this process. Buying a car is a nerve-wracking process. Bernie made it easy. He walked me through each step and told me to take my time in dealing with my other car. While Bernie sold me on the car I wanted, Steve took care of the financial side. He was never pushy, and he walked me through each step of the financial process. I got a great rebate and interest rate for the vehicle, and Steve made sure I understood every document.
