In 3 days, when I came in to buy the car, I was already in love with the car Bernie had found. The car was exactly what I wanted and a price I could afford. Jeff Winters in finance was very helpful in explaining all the options for the extra coverage and helping it to fit my budget. A fun Friday morning This is the second time Bernie has worked with us buying a car. My wife bought an Escape from Bernie in Sept. of 2015. Very nice experience. I called him on 3/3/16 and asked if we could see him the next day. I told him what I was looking for, the colors I wanted, what the trade in was. He said "Sure, come on in at 11am." He had the Escape in the color I wanted all ready for us to take a test drive. We took a drive, he answered any questions we had. It was an easy choice on my part. Drove the new Escape home around 3pm. Jason was very nice and efficient with all the paperwork that had to be done. I would have NO problem telling friends to go to Bernie. More
