Never going anywhere else to buy a vehicle! Needed some service work done to my vehicle that I bought from Bernie, it was our mustang. About a month before the fourth of July parade I wanted to Needed some service work done to my vehicle that I bought from Bernie, it was our mustang. About a month before the fourth of July parade I wanted to get it tuned up for the parade that my company was in. My car was the lead car for our group and sad to say it was not able to be repaired in time for the parade. The guys at the Rock River Block went above and beyond to try and get it repaired in time for the parade. One thing after another was going wrong with my car and much of it revolved around the program that the previous owner had installed along with some other xxxx parts. The repair bill was thousands and I paid only my warranty deductable. The guys worked hard to prove to ford that even though I had the car for over a year, I had only put 1500 miles on it. Somehow they did it and not only did they stand behind the car but they gave us a rental for the parade! Brand new 2016 mustang! Rick! Your amazing! The fact that you lead by doing what is right and fair on behalf of boboth parties, not only does this speaks to me about your character but it sure as xxxx empowers your team to do what is right! Thanks so much for everything you did for us with the mustang and everything else in between! Your kindness is not forgotten and I tell everyone that I know is looking for a car to come see you and your team! Your great people! More

He's not trying to get you into something that does not work for you or that you are going to regret, just to make a sale. Bernie cares about his customers and has come to be like family with purchasing just 2 vehicles from him. It's him getting to know not just me but my family as well, taking time to talk mustangs with my smaller boys and making them feel important whenever they see him! My boys ask regularly to stop and see Bernie, Jonathan 11 and Cameron 8. Look..... if you want a family and friendly oriented car buying experience, go see my friends at the Rock River Block! I had terrible dealings with them years ago and swore I would never purchase a vehicle from there! Then we spotted the mustang and just had to stop, funny how cars can bring people that much closer together. Now we would never go anywhere else to buy.
