When we arrived at the dealer ship we were greeted by Harvey Keller who showed us where Bernie Krowczyk was. We called Bernie 2 days before and told him the vehicle we were wanting. Bernie got with Gregg Decman to get the approval on the loan. Bernie called the next day and asked when we wanted to pick up our new car. We picked it up the next day. We were in in out in about a hour and spent time talking to the team that treat you like family. We will travel the 2 1/2 hours again.
