Great service! I've been wanting to buy a new vehicle for a while but didn't feel like dealing with the typical dealership business style. I came to McGee to check o I've been wanting to buy a new vehicle for a while but didn't feel like dealing with the typical dealership business style. I came to McGee to check out a Tacoma and I ended up getting more than that. The customer service I received from Berson was awesome and I didn't feel like I was sitting around waiting for paperwork or the finances. I will definitely be doing business here again! More

Excellent experience They were on time. Helped with a few questions I had. Even gave me the cabin filter (new) that was scheduled to replace the old one at 10k miles becau They were on time. service was timely and done in the time anticipated When first issued a recall we brought the vehicle in to make an appt. for repair. We were not informed that the appt. was to check to see if the rep When first issued a recall we brought the vehicle in to make an appt. for repair. We were not informed that the appt. was to check to see if the repair was necessary & expected the pair to be completed. We were then called to say the repair was needed & they would have to order the necessary parts for the repair. We would have appreciated being told this was the protocol before making the repair. Then they called to tell us the parts were in and we made an appt. for the repair whiich was dine in a timely manner. More

Traded in my RAV4 for a lease I bought my RAV4 under a 5 year contract and after just under 2 years I decided that leasing was more the route for me. Berson was incredibly helpful I bought my RAV4 under a 5 year contract and after just under 2 years I decided that leasing was more the route for me. Berson was incredibly helpful and not pushy at all about selling me a car, he was very concerned with making sure that the purchase was in my price range and that it was workable. Hands down the best dealer that I've dealt with at Mcgee. He also sold my boyfriend a Tacoma not even a week prior, which he also went above and beyond for and made sure that he could get a deal that was best for him. More
