I traded in a car and bought a car. My trade in value seemed a little low so I went on their website after the deal to see what they were retailing my trade for and it was almost double. By almost double, I mean it was retailed for 187.50% of what the trade in value I got for it was. So there's my review. More

I received the flyer went in with no hesitation and this young gentlemen with a huge smile on his face which goes by the name of Berson approached me and my husband I instantly knew he was the one! Yup, the young gentlemen with a huge smile on his face which goes by the name of Berson approached me and my husband I instantly knew he was the one! Had a nice experience until the finance person pulled shady, unnecessary, nonsense. I clearly stated I didn’t want optional gap insurance and they added it and tried to sneak it thru, when I called them shady, unnecessary, nonsense. I clearly stated I didn’t want optional gap insurance and they added it and tried to sneak it thru, when I called them on it they tried to make me jump thru hoops to get rid of it. Only when they realized I was going to make a scene did they back off. The whole experience until that point was good, I would be leaving a glowing review but instead they decided they needed to make a extra 100 bucks to sell me nonsense insurance, that I clearly stated I didn’t want. No idea if this is a company policy or just a rogue finance person trying to pad a commission but is it really worth it? More
