Best of the Best Honda Dealerships I became Honda Buyer in 1991 and have purchase 11 Honda's to date. The last five were purchased from Bill Kay Honda where I always serviced them. I I became Honda Buyer in 1991 and have purchase 11 Honda's to date. The last five were purchased from Bill Kay Honda where I always serviced them. I have dealt with three different Honda Dealerships over the years and all have had excellent sales and service staff. However, the Bill Kay Honda sales staff and service technicians go the extra mile and treat me, my wife, and our adult kids bringing cars for service like we are all part of the same family. Bert has sold us our last three Honda's. What makes him so outstanding is he listens and provides us with information as we need it (we usually select models that are being released in a few months). There is none of the phoniness that characterizes the stereotypical car salesman. We like to negotiate a deal and when Bert reaches the limits of the parameters he is given, he reminds the General Manager of our loyalty to the dealership and they demonstrate their appreciation with an offer we can't refuse. In the Service Department, Alan, Kathy, and Sam always get us in quickly, keep us abreast of the progress, and credit us with all coupons and service specials when computing our bill. Over the years, they have even gotten Honda Regional Service to cover or share the cost of items out-of-warranty when they believe a repair was due to a defective part that should not have failed. My wife and daughters appreciate the fact that when they stop in with an unexpected service problem or question, they are treated as intelligent individuals rather than just another uniformed woman and talked down-to. Tony in the Detailing Department details all of my Honda's every year and they all look like they just rolled off the showroom floor inside and out (and even the engine is detailed.) He does such a great job, that I bring my three collector cars in every year to be detailed. Everyone of the people I have mentioned takes GREAT PRIDE in what they do -- they genuinely care about me, my family, and my cars and the work they do. I would give this group a Five Diamond Rating if it was available. They truly are the BEST OF THE BEST. More
