I just bought another new Honda Accord EX-L (2018 Hybrid) from Bert Tyrz. Bert is easy-going and there is never any pressure placed on a customer. I have Allan, Kathy, and Sam in their Service Department whenever I need to have any normal maintenance done such as an oil change. Great people who are always looking out for my needs and wants. Nothing ever seems to go wrong with my Hondas. I go there for my normal maintenance needs (oil changes, etc.) so I never have to worry about a problem on the road. I have purchased Honda Accords for over 30 years because they never disappoint me. Neither does Bill Kay Honda in Bourbonnais, Illinois. Bill Kay Honda had a great inventory and I found the Covic that I wanted and even though it was Saturday and they were very busy, Bert Tvrz, my favorite Honda salesperson, had me test driving it within ten minutes. After that, I was sure it was my dream car and the whole process went so smoothly. Bert as well as the Bill Kay Honda team does not treat you like just another number but more like someone that they wish to assist in making their vehicle dreams come true. If you go to Bert for your vehicle, he does not pressure you but instead shares his extensive knowledge and energy for the product he sells. This is the sixth car I have bought from Bert and I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else. The whole process from beginning to end is enjoyable as it should be!
