BAIT AND SWITCH This place baits you in and if they find out your credit is good they won't sell you the bait car. If your credit is not that great they try to sell you one of their xxxxty vehichle. I had out your credit is good they won't sell you the bait car. If your credit is not that great they try to sell you one of their xxxxty vehichle. I had great credit and they told me another sister dealership has a 15,000 deposit on it and they can't sell me the car. Then every time I call the sales team they say the same vehichle is available... such a messed up place. Don't trust them one bit. More

this place was one of the most disgusting locations i have ever been to. it smelled like bleach, but was very clearly unkempt and unclean. that's where the miserable experience started. my appointmen have ever been to. it smelled like bleach, but was very clearly unkempt and unclean. that's where the miserable experience started. my appointment was not honored. ultimately, after three confirming phone calls and two separate in-person lies, the car i came to see had been sold the night before. there was no apology, no explanation, and no information on how the five previous LIES had been concoted. it was the most wildly unprofessional business situation i have ever found myself in. i will absolutely, without a doubt, HIGHLY RECOMMMEND STAYING AWAY. do not involve yourself with such a horrific experience. stay far far far away. More

Hi, I am feeling cheated today , i went there to purchase honda crv from them. I talked to Manager of this dealership he told me the on road price for the car = Car value ( written on thier website) + sale honda crv from them. I talked to Manager of this dealership he told me the on road price for the car = Car value ( written on thier website) + sales tax ( for me NJ 6.7% approx) + DMV charges (500$) + documentation fee (175$) I asked 3 times and confirm any other hidden charges/ or any charges apart from this. He told you have to do finance. I agreed on that. He ran my credit score and came back told me that everything is excellent. you have to pay pdp + adi charges = 4000 $ also. I told him why this charge now coming why you did not tell me upfront before running credit score. He told we do like this only. What is this I never expect this from a mistubusi dealership. I waisted my whole day in their process and don't know how much my credit score was effected. Can any one suggest where I can take legal action against the dealership so other customers not be cheated like this. More

After never hearing back, I was told my deposit would be mailed to me this past Monday Oct 31. I emailed Bibi Singh asking for an update to confirm my deposit was mailed back on Wednesday Nov 2 and received mailed to me this past Monday Oct 31. I emailed Bibi Singh asking for an update to confirm my deposit was mailed back on Wednesday Nov 2 and received no response. Ironically after reporting I would be sharing my experience with the attorney general's office, the vehicle I had a deposit on was removed from listing the same day! More

Hi I am a 6yr consumer with victory Mitsubishi. I try to tell everyone that I deal with to try it if you don’t like leave. Hi, my fiancé and I traded our vehicle for a 2017 Audi. Not even a week of driving, the engine light comes on. We take it to your business’s service center and haven’t gotten our car since. It’s been almos Not even a week of driving, the engine light comes on. We take it to your business’s service center and haven’t gotten our car since. It’s been almost a month. The service center says it could take months just for a back ordered part. How is this fair? We asked all the right questions. How is it just to have no car now and pay for a car note we have barely driven. No loaner car offered. We’ve been spending hundreds renting a car just to go to work. This has caused us an even more financial burden. We have gotten the run around many times with zero action. This is the worst experience I ever had. For a sales person to grab our phone to write their own review and not show any empathy afterwards of us being screwed over since of course they sold the car and got their little commission. This is unacceptable, we are hard working Bronx citizens and are being given the run around. I wish I could go back and never step foot into this place. I have tears in my eyes as I write this out of the stress and frustration this business has caused us. Never in my life and no one even cares to reach out to make things right. It’s really disheartening to say the least. The many phone calls and nothing has happened to make it better for us. More
