He made his mark protecting and proudly serving as a Law Enforcement Officer for 23 years. In April of 1997, Bill Joined us here at Gervais Ford, quickly becoming one of our most recognizable and distinguished Salesmen. He has been honored by Ford Motor Company many times for his achievements in Sales and Service. A low stress experience... (Key to Gervais Success) Whenever I’m in the market for a new car or truck. I always go to Gervais Ford first. I like to keep my business as local as possible. With the prices the way they are today buying a new vehicle can be stressful. Gervais sales staff tones that right down and worked with me towards my needs. Need time to think about what you’re doing, they will give you that and more. So that’s why I never had a need to go any ware else. Great team, great experience! I recently bought a used car from the Gervais' Ayer dealership and had a great experience. Everyone I met there was very helpful and honest. From giving me advice about the state of my current car, to the options and choices I had with new or used cars. They kept it easy at first so I could really decide my NEEDS, versus just being another "sold unit". I decided to go used and they even looked to see if the other locations had something to fit my specs and price. Turns out I got a Lincoln from a Ford dealership. But a perfect fit...and THAT is what really impressed me. I highly recommend this team of folks out there and know I will go back again for sure! More
