I was impressed with my overall experience. My salesman, Justin Harris, was very hardworking, patient, and answered all questions I had. If he did not know the answer he knew someone who did! When signing papers, Bill Ahrens did an excellent job going over the paperwork and break downs of where your money is going, when your first payment is due and answered all questions I had. After I meet the tech team where they showed me how to work all the fun gadgets in my new car. They programmed my phone and did a very very good job on detailing the inside and out. highly recommend Toyota. The cars are great and the people are pleasant and knowledgeable making it a smooth process. More
