I bought a brand new 2014 Honda Odessey the transaction was smooth, the sales rep was awesome and knew what he was doing.Within couple of days of purchase i noticed buttons that controls the music system was smooth, the sales rep was awesome and knew what he was doing.Within couple of days of purchase i noticed buttons that controls the music system was not working. I was not able to change time, select different FM radio statiion e.t.c.The van had manufacturing defect on it. I called my sales rep and he inspected the vehicle. He found out the settings button came pressed factory installed and would not unpress from its postion. since it was stuck it caused some of the other buttons not to work. Anyways most importantly, my sales rep assured me it will get fixed. He stated they would order parts from Honda and get it replaced. I was not happy since i had to wait at lest 2 to 3 weeks or may be more for the parts to arrive and get it fixed/replaced. Explained the rep I bought a brand new vehicle and expect the vehicle to work without any manufacturing defects. I was not happy about the sitaution at all. The management jumped in and took full responsibility of the issue. Replaced the vehicle with another brand new working vehicle. My current vehicle is working fine and i am happy with it. I want to applaud Management of Germain Honda for taking ownership of the issue , listening to the voice of the customer and setting up right business practice. I will recommend Germain honda to my friends and family members because i know if there is something wrong they will fix it and won't give run around. More

Chris and all of the people we met were great - they were all friendly and accomodating and we purchased and took delivery of our new Honda. After some minor communication setbacks we spoke with Diane (CC) whose exceptional abilities and guidance allowed the process to continue. We met with Erin (SC), finding her to be both somewhat knowledgeable and disarmingly charming (fairly certain we left $300 on the table). All in all I can think of no other auto dealership, of any make, in central or northwest ohio at which I'd rather purchase or lease a new Honda. I've dealt with most of them to one degree or another over the years. Besides, if SHE's happy I'm happy! More

Being retired military I am very picky with who I deal with. I used to have a 1996 Ford Taurus LX that I purchased new. That vehcile NEVER failed me but it out was totalled and I need another set of wheel with. I used to have a 1996 Ford Taurus LX that I purchased new. That vehcile NEVER failed me but it out was totalled and I need another set of wheels. I did alot of online research to ensure that I would get the BIGGEST BANG for the BUCK!!! I was going to purchase a used 09/10 Honda Accord but through detail discussion with Chris Glover, he said that he could get me in a "NEW" Accord. I told him what I wanted and what price range I need to stay in. He answered every question that I threw at him. I even tried to "trick" him to see if he was straight up and TRUE. YES!!! He PASSED with flying colors. I was in and out in no time. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. The Accord SE that I purchased is everything that I wanted in a car for the price I paid. THANKS!!! More

I had done my homework and new the type of car I wanted, 2013 CRV-EX, and also new the price I was willing to pay. In addition, I new a price I was willing to get for my trade. I had been coming to Immke 2013 CRV-EX, and also new the price I was willing to pay. In addition, I new a price I was willing to get for my trade. I had been coming to Immke Honda for many cars before this and had high expectations. From a sales perspective, Ralph Udonkuku was very calm/patient, new his stuff about the CRV, and completed everything he committed to. He even permitted me to take the car home overnight before we finalized the deal, this gave me a chance to drive it during normal conditions and to confirm I wanted to buy it! The big gun, Bill Alston, was pulled in to negotiate final numbers on trade and new car and was willing to negotiate and accepted a fair agreement on both new car and trade. It was apparent that Bill wanted to make the answer a YES. Next, I worked with Jack Lee from finance. Jack gave me the options applicable to my scenario and handled everything professionaly. Next, I worked with another big gun, Marcello Frustraci, who helped me negotiate on extended warranty and the car care plan. Marcello was very friendly and drove a challenging, but what I believe is a fair bargain, on the "extras" in finance. Lastly, the new car delivery garage was a nice touch. It gave me a chance to transfer my things and was given the overview of the key features I needed. All in all, I've done deals with Immke, now Germain, for 15 years. I love the service and expanded options they have to customers. Another great experience and look forward to working with the team again. More

Our first experience with Germain was a good one. Like many people before us, we were only going there to look and end up leaving with a new vehicle. Meredith Dargusch was our sales consultant who was a many people before us, we were only going there to look and end up leaving with a new vehicle. Meredith Dargusch was our sales consultant who was a delight to work with. She was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. She definitely made us feel that our vehicle choice was a smart one. We will make sure to refer her to friends and friendly if they are in the market of purchasing a new Honda. Once we got down to the numbers, the Sales Manager Bill Alston did an excellent job of getting us where we wanted to be at on the vehicle. Even though we did go back an fourth on the numbers a few times, we never felt pressured and ultimately got a great price. Jack Lee in the finance department was our next visit. He did a great job explaining all the additional packages on the vehicle. Once again we never felt pressured and he did a great job in steering us in the correct direction. He got us in and out very quickly so we could be out the door with our new vehicle. The final associate we worked with was Delivery Specialist Eric Burch. Eric is very great at his job. He showed and walked us through so many extras on the vehicle. The hands on approach was definitely an added bonus. In the end, Germain Honda is a great place to shop. We look forward to working with them for many years to come. More
