She always does an awesome job at keeping me happy and coming back. She is very patient and takes the time to find you what you want at an affordable price. I ONLY see Kevin Withers when my vehicle needs serviced. He always finds room for me that works with my schedule. I never get any surprises and have brought my friends who have Honda's to him for their vehicles and he does a great job taking care of them. Bill is a fellow veteran, it is ALWAYS great meeting one's brother in arms and a pleasure doing business with him. He gets me! Jackie is a financial lifesaver! He is the ONLY financial rep I have had a good experience with. I started this recent purchase with Jimmie and had to be given to Jackie due to Jimmie's unprofessionalism and sloth-like speed. Jackie was up front, answered all my questions and knows how to handle customers and NOT WASTE their time or STRESS them out. He puts customers at ease with his confidence, thoroughness, and efficiency. Whether I am shopping for a new car, getting my vehicle serviced, or coming to say Hi, Germain Honda of Dublin is like family and coming home. The people mentioned above and those who will be mentioned shortly are who I consider to be my Honda family. They are all kind, friendly, and above all honest. I never feel like I got ripped off or ignored. When I do run into someone, Jimmie for example, who is not accommodating or is upsetting to deal with, my Honda family quickly steps in and fixes or resolves the issue. LOVE coming here! My son will be driving in the next few years and we will be back when another vehicle is needed. As my title says, my family has bought Honda's from here for 40+ years, we have many good memories and have past on our experiences at this location through our generations and friends. More

HE MADE A MISTAKE AND THEN TRIED TO BLAME THE BUYER Mr Alston agreed to help me find my son a new Honda accord to buy. My son is leasing a car currently and the lease is up and now wanted to buy. I say Mr Alston agreed to help me find my son a new Honda accord to buy. My son is leasing a car currently and the lease is up and now wanted to buy. I say help me because my son has never bought a vehicle and I live in florida so all this happened over text messaging and a few phone calls. after 3 days of negotiating and unable to find a car and a payment that worked for my son, Mr. Alston comes up with this amazing deal and tells me that he doesn't have the car on the lot but can get it if were interested. I was ecstatic . It was the right car, the right price . this conversation took place late afternoon on a Saturday. I text mr. alston Monday morning re-iterating our excitement and asked him to call me and he did. he told me he could get the car in later that day. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED MR. ALSTON HOW HE WAS ABLE TO GET US THIS GREAT DEAL WHEN WE COULD NOT GET ANYWHERE CLOSE TO IT ON SATURDAY ? HIS RESPONCE TO ME WAS "WELL WE TREATED YOUR SON LIKE FAMILY" . later that day I texted Mr alston about cost of adding extended warranty and gap insurance to the monthly payment and he responds "YOU DONT NEED GAP INSURANCE ON A LEASE" . remember we started this process by telling mr alston we wanted to buy a car, we negotiated for 3 days to buy a car and now hes talking lease. I said who asked for a lease ? MR ALSTON SAID "YOUR SON DID WHEN HE CAME IN LAST WEEK" I stated I know that's not possible because the only reason im involved in this process is because he wanted out of a lease and wanted to buy. I also said weve been talking buying for three days and I REMINDED HIM THAT I ASKED HIM HOW HE WAS ABLE TO GET THE PAYMENT SOO LOW AND HE STATED {NOT THAT LEASING CAN GET YOU A LOWER PAYMENT, BUT THAT MY SON WAS BEING TREATED LIKE FAMILY. he kept insisting that it was my sons idea to lease. I asked my son if he mentioned leasing to mr alston and as I expected my son said I told him I was leasing a car and now wanted to buy. I believe Mr. Alston made an assumption that was wrong, but instead of admitting to it HE TRIED TO BLAME MY SON. What a dishonest individual. I WILL ADVISE MY SON TO NEVER DEAL WITH MR ALSTON AGAIN AND FURTHER ADVISE ANYONE IN THE COLUMBUS AREA IF YOUR GOING TO BUY A HONDA {WHICH ARE FANTASTIC CARS, DONT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH MR ALSTON}. management has gotten involved now we'll see if they will make this situation right ?????? More

This is the second time I have worked with Chris Glover. The first time was in May 2011. He was able to get us pretty much where we needed to be and I thoroughly enjoyed his attention and the car. This time, I went back to him, and began a little early before my lease expired. I was close to over mileage and was looking to stay with Honda. Most people might be annoyed on the number of times I kept asking questions, but Chris wasn't (that I know of!). He answered all of my questions and then some. He did everything he could to get my business. This time was no different. He gave me everything he had. I happened to also have my brother-in-law involved at the last minute, getting the name of Bill Alston. Both he and Chris took all of our offense and made our day on Sat Mar 8th. To see that Chris had moved on up to a corner office and made the Top 100 is no surprise. He is a huge asset to Germain. Thanks. More
