After Walser Honda supposedly fixed my car again, it's still has hard time starting. Always had great service with oil changes and less technical issues. The parts department has been very helpful finding still has hard time starting. Always had great service with oil changes and less technical issues. The parts department has been very helpful finding a part that the service department couldn't. The staff very friendly but that doesn't solve starting problem. Had diagnostic test without explanation of what was tested. I was told if I could leave it they might be able to catch the problem. I made another appointment to leave car and they sent me home instead of keeping it. I had a month wait for battery cable end that wasn't needed that I was reimbursed for. I Had to rent a car in the meantime. Talk to the service manager and he actually seemed to understand my frustration. Gave me his cell number. I called and made another appointment . Another 100 bucks to clear a charging code. Thought it was fixed. With in an hour of leaving walser honda again the issue persist. I'm worried to bring it back. I've been planning on buying a new car at the end of the year where I can get proper service done nearby. I'm reconsidering my options. I like to compliment and not complain. Hope this helps someone. More

The way he listens, asks questions and explains the service they’re performing…for the first time, this non-car brain of mind, totally gets it. And if that wasn’t enough, he sent me a video from the mechanic, totally showing me MY car and all the things they performed on it. Well done, John. High fivers, Walser.🙌🙌 More
