I purchased a vehicle from this dealership as an out-of-state buyer, relying on the salesperson’s representations about its condition. Unfortunately, the vehicle I received was not as described. Before purchasing, I was specifically told that the tires were approximately 80%. When the vehicle arrived, the tires were in need of replacement. In addition, there was undisclosed paint damage, a broken mirror casing, and damage to the bumper—issues that were not disclosed to me before the sale. I contacted the dealership and asked them to make things right regarding these undisclosed issues and the inaccurate representation about the tires. Unfortunately, they refused to take responsibility or provide any meaningful resolution. As an out-of-state buyer, I had to rely heavily on the dealership’s description of the vehicle, which makes the lack of transparency especially disappointing. Had these issues been disclosed upfront, I could have made a fully informed purchasing decision. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from them, especially from out of state, I strongly recommend having an independent inspection performed and getting every detail about the vehicle’s condition in writing before committing to the purchase. More
