The group was understanding of my financial needs. Robert was very detailed in the issues reported with my car and even escorted me to the car to show me the problems so I could make an informed decisi Robert was very detailed in the issues reported with my car and even escorted me to the car to show me the problems so I could make an informed decision. Bill knew what I needed and did not try to nickel and dime me with everything. I liked the straight up approach with everything to expect on cost. Very professional. My only negative feeling was not with Millennium Honda but Honda Financial which did not take into consideration that I have another current lease with them that has no late payments and could not qualify me for a tier 1 price which adds to the strain of the extra payments. More

Great Experience. Highly Recommended I was having a hard time finding a quality used Honda Accord. Ive visited 4 dealerships and spent hours online searching with no success before i deci I was having a hard time finding a quality used Honda Accord. Ive visited 4 dealerships and spent hours online searching with no success before i decided to take a random chance at Millennium Honda. Unlike the previous dealerships I visited, i felt like the sales rep was actually trying to help me find something and not just try to make a sale. I usually know what i want before i get to a store to buy something. I was extremely happy With William Barbe. He was patient, stuck to helping me find what i came for, and eventually i left with a great car. No complaints what so ever from the assistance i received from William. I can not thank him enough. Thank You Millennium Honda and all of its staff. More

Horrible & Demeaning Experience !! My wife and I have been a Honda Millennium customer since 2004. Over the years we have bought / leased 5 vehicles from this Dealership. Bill Barbe has My wife and I have been a Honda Millennium customer since 2004. Over the years we have bought / leased 5 vehicles from this Dealership. Bill Barbe has always been par excellent and it is because of him we kept coming back. This time I was looking to lease 2017 Honda Pilot. Bill did an excellent job with explaining and convincing me. For the final Negotiations in came this horrible and arrogant person who is a Manager. Honestly Millennium has to retrain this guy as how deal with customers and treat them with respect. This guy simply forgot the simple rule that we are buyers and he is a seller. You got to WOW the customer and make them feel that you want their business. This great Manager exhibited poor skills of management and sales and showed the dealership in poor light. Needless to say we left gracefully and went to East Hills Chrevolet and picked up our new 2017 Chevy Traverse. Bill Barbe - An asset to Millennium Jose Abreu - Needs Training desperately. Needs to learn how to respect customers. More

Waited four hours for battery check!!!! The worst Honda service center in Long Island!!!! Just to check my battery they took 4 hours. And in end the refuse to replace my battery. Even I show The worst Honda service center in Long Island!!!! Just to check my battery they took 4 hours. And in end the refuse to replace my battery. Even I showed them my AAA certified report print out that my 2015 Honda Accord battery cell is not charging as it should be. But their technician name bill explained to their service representatives that it is apparently my fault that the battery cell is not working. Because I drive Uber & I left my charge on even I am not driving but should have my emergency pull up whenever I should stop. I really surprised how Mr. Bill determined that he should be on my front passenger seat while I was working. This guy is so rude & arrogant that he never try to listen my side of story. Just stated what he thinks right. However I must say service representative person name Lily was very helpful & patience.This guy Mr Bill get so loud with this lady because she told him that the AAA report said something.The management of this service center should step in & re-evaluate their employees. It is not just me there were people waiting for more than I was but still don't get an answer what is wrong with their car. One Asian lady was waiting before me just for her refill windshield fluid. She has some problems with her English so was totally ignored. This place is xxxx please do not go at this xxxxhole. More

Paul Mosca is the one that help me ones I came in he was great he has good customer service with a great personality just like his other coworkers they resolved my car issue quickly.. I also spoke to Bill Barbe he was so nice and was trying to help me find a car that would work for me because I told him I didn't want my car anymore I want an suv so he did the best he could to help me even though I didn't get the car but I'm definitely coming back to them to get my next car even though I wasn't thinking about getting a Honda again but the service is so good that it made me think twice about leaving them like I always say a good experience could always make it or break it so guys keep up the good work. More
