I had an appointment for 10AM. I arrived at 9:45. Explained I was there for an inspection and a vibration issue on my 2 week old used car. I asked the gentleman should I get a loaner and come back. H Explained I was there for an inspection and a vibration issue on my 2 week old used car. I asked the gentleman should I get a loaner and come back. He said shouldn’t take too long. The car wasn’t touched until 11:45. I finally got the car back at 12:50 ish. This was supposed to be them making up for a review I had just made. I was told the GM wanted to talk to me. I didn’t see or hear from that person. They wanted to fix the issues so the review doesn’t stick. I also informed the person that called me to take my review back that my driver side mirror signal was broken when I drove the car off the lot. Doesn’t seem to have been looked at. They offer a lifetime engine warranty if you get all your service there. It may be worth breaking that to never have to deal with this company again. Especially because I now have a bent driver side wheel rim. Thanks for that. Aaron the phone guy was a nice guy. Liked him. Be better. I More
