I appreciated the attention given to my car in determining what was causing it to fail to start. Once it had been diagnosed and the options for repair were presented, although costly, I knew it wo determining what was causing it to fail to start. The service department is always professional and courteous haven’t had a bad experience with them and I’ve serviced 2 vehicles here. This was the first major problem I’ve had with my car the windshi courteous haven’t had a bad experience with them and I’ve serviced 2 vehicles here. This was the first major problem I’ve had with my car the windshield cracked it was going to be a very expensive repair. Bill Brown the service manager thought it could of been a stress crack so he went out of his way to contact Mitsubishi to see if the factory would help me. They did the repair at no cost to me.Extremely happy that service went out of their way to help me.Overwhelmed with relief that I didn’t have to pay for a very expensive repair. More
