I came to Courtesy Mitsubishi because my 3000GT needed extensive repairs. I love this car and wanted to see if I would be able to afford the necessary work. I feared that I would have to sell the car as t extensive repairs. I love this car and wanted to see if I would be able to afford the necessary work. I feared that I would have to sell the car as the quote I had far exceeded not only my budget, but also represented 50% of the value of the car. I spoke to the service manager Bill Brown, and he worked with me to bring the final price of the repairs to a very reasonable number. Keith did a terrific job of first evaluating the car and then doing the work. Debbie was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Not only did the final price exceeded my best expectations, the work done was top notch and the service was out of this world, I also got a free loaner car so I wouldn't be stranded at the dealership all day (as I fully expected to be, because I wasn't able to secure a ride). I am extremely happy with the service that I received and will definitely recommend Courtesy Mitsubishi to all my friends (even the ones that weren't able to give me a ride LOL). More

I wish I had, but I did not buy my car from Courtesy. Next go round I will, but for now I just get my Lancer serviced here. The guys in the service department are awesome mechanics. Anytime I have brought my car in they get right to work and repairs happen relatively quickly, and have never had problems. To be fair though, the car is pretty awesome! More
