"Poor customer service"

I went in looking to get into an mx-5 Miata due to me selling my Honda S2000, I dealt with Son Huynh and by far the worst customer service I have ever received trying to purchase/lease a vehicle (which I do a lot of). He was friendly at first and seemed knowledgeable, but THE MOMENT I disagreed with his nearly $700/mo lease payment offer on the Miata he was visibly shaken and frustrated, and made zero attempt to work with me, rather argue and tell me to go elsewhere. I ended up purchasing a vehicle elsewhere

"Great Experience"

We went back to Hine Mazda because of our positive experience when we got my wife's car about a year ago. When a significant issue came up, the dealership personnel were honest, upfront and truly strived to correct the situation. It was very clear that customer satisfaction is this dealer's number one priority.

The staff was very courteous and thorough. Patrick Hunter took us through the initial paperwork and made it painless! Jonathan Kastner, Finance Manager, explained every detail of what we were signing. Patrick took lots of time to explain all the features on the car so we felt comfortable to drive away. Bill Brumbaugh came by a spoke with us and made us feel special. We showed up an hour early for our appointment and were greeted with smiles. There was no problem with gettin us in earlier. We really apprecated the "good moods" everyone seeme to be in which was a nice way to start our day at 7 am. The care wash was excellent. I will for sure be upgrading my carwash every time I go there! No one pressured us into doing more services than we were there for. I've had experiences at other dealers where the service writer clearly just wanted to sell, sell, sell. That has never been the case at John Hine Mazda which is one big reason why we go back. It is also a big reason why we DO use them when we need to have something done, like tires. Thanks!!
