Great Day At Lester Glenn 3 years ago we leased an Equinox from Lester Glenn. Now we needed a new vehicle. We shopped and shopped and shopped and found nothing that matched our 3 years ago we leased an Equinox from Lester Glenn. Now we needed a new vehicle. We shopped and shopped and shopped and found nothing that matched our requirements. We returned to Lester Glenn and spoke with Bill Caffyn again. Just like last time, Bill listened and showed us a new Equinox. Although it would have filled our needs Bill sensed he could do better for us.Bill suggested a Traverse. It was "PERFECT". It met and exceeded our requirements and expectations in all areas. New, size, comfort, equipment and of course price. Bill being the pro he is, sensed the Equinox wasn't exactly what we were looking for. The Traverse is. I was foolish shopping at other dealerships. In 39 months we'll be back at Lester Glenn to speak with Bill and let him make us another great deal. Bill, Nick, Jennifer and the entire Lester Glenn gang should be commended. More

His sole purpose was to make me comfortable with my purchase and make sure I was happy with it. We test drove a second vehicle that I absolutely hated and he knew it. He made sure that we went back to the vehicle that I was very happy with and didn't give up with his general manager until the price was comfortable with me. His way was very, very low key and friendly. Car salesmen do not have good reputations, but I have to say that Bill is not your typical car salesman. I will highly recommend him to anybody I know that needs a car. To Bill: thank you again for all your help. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with you! More
