Very friendly Easy to work with. Had what I wanted in stock with a very good price. Do to the storm Sandy the were very helpful in putting the deal together quickly. My overall experience was excellent. I initially visited the dealer on several recommendations, looking for a used Hyundai. Bill was the first salesman to approach me and the only one I needed. My first visit ended in not purchasing what was probably the deal of a lifetime. I visited again and wound up purchasing a new Chevrolet Cruze. Bill was sensitive to my delicate situation and aware of my needs through the experience. If it was not for him I probably would never have considered even test driving the Cruze. I turned out loving the car. I have zero complaints at all and look forward to dealing with Lester Glenn for any future cars I purchase. More
