From my salesperson (Ashlie), to the Finance Manager (Ned), and finally the General Manager (Bill), everything was easy and top-notch. I was not bombarded with wolves when I initially started looking on their lot, which has happened at every other dealership I visited. Ashlie was courteous, thorough and professional from beginning to end. They gave me exactly what I needed for my trade and never tried to upsell me or make the purchase price higher than originally agreed upon. Their inventory gave me as many options as I could handle, and I found the perfect vehicle I was looking for. The facilities and showroom were immaculate and very nice. The other people at the dealership were also very friendly and treated me like I was a guest in their house. I highly recommend Bonneville and Son to anyone looking for a new or use car or truck! Trade the Jeep for a new Jeep or keep the Jeep I ADORE! The morning started with just looking at Jeeps--I really love my 2012 Jeep Liberty Jet. It has all the bells and whistles. It's just the right size for an empty-nester mom! Matthew was patient and thoughtful and VERY understanding. He and my husband had to woo me and convince me that I would love a new Jeep too. Our time together ended with us driving away in a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. By the time I got home, I loved it as much as my Liberty. It is really pretty and has all the bells whistles too! This is our 4th Jeep from Bonneville. These folks have nailed customer service and providing an excellent customer experience. Valerie & Bob More

My salesperson, Ashlie Roche, really went the extra mile (and then some) to make the deal happen, working with both Bill Dann (sales manager) and Ed Bonneville himself (owner) to get me a deal that really worked for me. I also got great customer service in finances from Rob Hemond who not only got me a very good interest rate but worked with me to select an extended warranty that was both affordable and will give me a lot of peace of mind. The car is beautiful with virtually no cosmetic flaws (compared to several others that I looked at) and I'm going to love, love, love driving this car. They were very competitive and helped me get this car I had my heart set on for a price that I find very fair. Altogether, it was an excellent experience and I would go back there in the future in a heartbeat! More

When we walked into Bonneville on a whim we were greeted by Rick G's happy smile, and warm welcome. This was my first car dealership buying experience, and Rick made it so easy, I felt like I was hanging out with an old friend. We even played Kendama. We walked out of there with a brand new Jeep, and a payment that we felt comfortable with, which was all we were asking for. Every person we encouuntered was friendly and genuine. I would recommend anyone to go to here, and my husband already can't wait to buy a car from Bonneville when he is ready. A+++, top notch all the way! Five stars for life! :) More
