My salesperson, Ashlie Roche, really went the extra mile (and then some) to make the deal happen, working with both Bill Dann (sales manager) and Ed Bonneville himself (owner) to get me a deal that really worked for me. I also got great customer service in finances from Rob Hemond who not only got me a very good interest rate but worked with me to select an extended warranty that was both affordable and will give me a lot of peace of mind. The car is beautiful with virtually no cosmetic flaws (compared to several others that I looked at) and I'm going to love, love, love driving this car. They were very competitive and helped me get this car I had my heart set on for a price that I find very fair. Altogether, it was an excellent experience and I would go back there in the future in a heartbeat! More

When we walked into Bonneville on a whim we were greeted by Rick G's happy smile, and warm welcome. This was my first car dealership buying experience, and Rick made it so easy, I felt like I was hanging out with an old friend. We even played Kendama. We walked out of there with a brand new Jeep, and a payment that we felt comfortable with, which was all we were asking for. Every person we encouuntered was friendly and genuine. I would recommend anyone to go to here, and my husband already can't wait to buy a car from Bonneville when he is ready. A+++, top notch all the way! Five stars for life! :) More

He was very good on explaining all the features of the Jeep and not being pushy during the test drive. I didn't buy the car because I didn't like the color silver. I was expecting to get hit up every week by the sales guy Todd but it never happened, I was pleasantly surprised. Then I got a call on like January 4th inviting me to stop by the dealership since it was their year end and they promised to give me a crazy good deal on a new Jeep Cherokee. A few hours later I drove off in a new 2016 mango tango Jeep Cherokee Trailkawk fully loaded for just a few thousand more then I would have paid for a used one. The experience was better than I could ever have imagined that it inspired me to write a review. The manager who approved the deal was Bill Dann. I just went back to the dealership to have my roof rack installed. They only charged me like 15$ for the installation plus parts and detailed my car just bc I asked them to rinse it off. Would def come back and buy another Jeep from them!! Very happy and enjoying the Jeep everyday.... More

We have been looking at wranglers all over the north east for weeks, and after telling Vedran what I wanted, he really came through for us. The whole process was easy and without any sales pressure at all (unlike the usual car sales experience). Vedran took his time, and worked with Bill Dann to present our offer, and make sure a deal was worked out. A very professional and enjoyable experience! This was our second vehicle purchase from Vedran, and Bill, in the last few months. Our first purchase was just as enjoyable, so we were expecting to be treated the same, and thankfully we were not disappointed in any way! Thanks Bonneville! I bought a Fiat 500L a little over a year ago and it turned out to be a lemon. Chrysler/Fiat decided to buy the car back but I had little interest in I bought a Fiat 500L a little over a year ago and it turned out to be a lemon. Chrysler/Fiat decided to buy the car back but I had little interest in getting another Fiat product. Fortunately, I was able to choose any vehicle from the Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Fiat family however it was at the dealerships discretion to do so. I had at least one dealership tell me they were not interested as they would end up losing money in the deal. Bonneville was different. Fortunately, my dad had a relationship with Bill Dan and he was willing to help us out and do the buy back deal for a 2015 Jeep Renegade. While the process was pretty awful and disorganized, I still appreciate that Bonneville was willing to do this as they probably didn't get anything (and may have actually lost money). I have now had the Jeep for about a month and I am in love. I'm still waiting on my loan payments to be sorted out which is rather aggravating but I am still appreciative of what they were willing to do to help me out. I can tell that they are looking to the future when they are helping me as I will definitely keep they in mind for future car buys and service. I really appreciated everyone's help although they didn't seem to know what they were doing a lot of the time. I expect that any buy back deals are going to be a long process but I did feel a little rushed and inconvenienced at times. Edin Karo and Bill Dan were very helpful. The finance people were not so helpful and I am disappointed that I am still waiting for a call about my loan from J Miller more than a week past when he said he would call. Overall, I am more appreciative than disappointed due to the fact that Bonneville didn't have to help me but they chose to anyways even though it inconvenienced them. More
