Making an accident easier My car was totalled and I called Bonneville among other dealers to start looking for a car. My salesman's name was Matt and he was extremely helpful My car was totalled and I called Bonneville among other dealers to start looking for a car. My salesman's name was Matt and he was extremely helpful at a time that I had no plans to look for a car other than the fact that my car was totalled in an accident. I told him what my price range was and that I would need to wait for the insurance check. Salesman at other dealers were pressuring me to come in and I did and drove several cars. One dealer demanded I pay for the car through financing then "pay myself back" when the check came in to get the deal he was offering or it was off the table. Matt was the only salesman who didn't call immediately pushing what he wanted to sell me but rather with a car that was in my price range, had the things I wanted and worked with me to pay for the car in the way I wanted to. It wasn't even a car I necessarily would have considered but I am extremely happy with the purchase. Great experience! More

He has had great follow up after the vehicle was sold to us, checking to see if we are doing good with it. He also made it so we didn't have to spend a lot of time just sitting around in the dealership. As I had requested that. I didn't like that he had to split the sale with someone I never even spoke with. Gary did a lot of leg work and dealt with a lot from me. Gary Crane and all we met on the Bonneville team were friendly knowledgeable, and efficient. When we walked in the door, we knew exactly what we wanted to buy, how much we wanted to pay, and what we considered a fair price for our trade. Gary Crane, along with managers Bill Dann and Rob Hemond, made it all happen surpassing our every expectation. In addition, our tour of the service department was also impressive, finding a professional and very friendly staff. We will be comfortable using this service department for all of our needs in the future. 2004 Dodge RAM 1500 Purchase I found the exact vehicle I was hoping to find AND at the price I wanted. First, I have to again praise the Bonneville family on a great experience. I I found the exact vehicle I was hoping to find AND at the price I wanted. First, I have to again praise the Bonneville family on a great experience. It's obvious quality control and management oversight is paramount. My sales representative, Kayla Vandal, was extremely responsive, fun and knowledge -- before, during and after the sale. I will ask for her by name in the future. Marcel Boudreaux and Bill Dann made the negotiations a breeze. The only area that I felt needed attention was in the Internet sales department. I initially found the vehicle on the Internet and solicited further information. Amanda Ragsdale responded but did not answer my specific questions -- standard internet reply "when can you come in?" She was wasting my time. They might as well leave a message with a phone number to someone knowledgable. Since I knew this was the vehicle I wanted to buy, I called the sales department and fortunately found Kayla. From that point everything went great. Unfortunately, Amanda continued to send email asking when I wanted to schedule an appointment -- five days after I purchased the vehicle! The Internet department was useless! More

Cares about his Customers Todd truly cares about his customers, he doesn't just push for a sale! I was without a vehicle because my previous car had died and I was unable to ge Todd truly cares about his customers, he doesn't just push for a sale! I was without a vehicle because my previous car had died and I was unable to get to work, commuting 100 miles a day I needed a reliable vehicle in a reasonable price range. Todd did everything he could to get me into a reliable vehicle. I ended up purchasing a 2017 Jeep Renegade and I couldn't be any happier! I never felt pressured into purchasing it and the customer service definitely didn't stop when I drove out of the lot! Todd checks in with his customers after a couple weeks to see how they are liking the vehicle! Would recommend Todd to everyone! More
