Buying a car can sometimes be stressful and overwhelming but that was not the case at Jim Norton Chevrolet, all of the staff was so welcoming, helpful and informative through the entire experience. I would 10/10 recommend coming here to anyone of any age, and would highly recommend Ron as your salesman, he was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole experience, he answered all my many questions and was just a very personable guy. I am not a huge fan of car sales people, but Morgan went ABOVE and BEYOND to make this the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. She was thorough, kind, patient, resourceful and had a great resol went ABOVE and BEYOND to make this the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. She was thorough, kind, patient, resourceful and had a great resolve and follow thru. We drove a little over 3 hours to get to the dealership and it was 10000% worth it. My mom and I wish we could clone her to bring her closer to where we live. She was not the typical car sales person, but was a genuine good person. I would highly recommend her for ANY car buying experiences. More
