No set intentions to even walking off the lot with the vehicle but with it ever so grateful help and support from Roy Hassan & Guillermo “Bill” Duque I don’t believe that i would have been able to even consider walking off of the dealership with a car that I’ve been wanting. They helped with any issues that I would have had with my home state so I could drive with the greatest of ease back home. Talked about every detail of the vehicle I was purchasing.(a 2022 Kona) didn’t skip a beat on making my car perching experience a major success! Hospitality: 5/5 stars Buying experience: 5/5 stars Feel: 5/5 stars I am personally grateful, especially with this being my second ever large purchase I’ve ever done, zero stress, amazing to talk with, I could go on and on and on! We liked the "Express Buying" option at Ideal Hyundai. We were able select the Hyundai Palisade model we wanted, and as it says on the website "review all the numbers and finalize everything without need We were able select the Hyundai Palisade model we wanted, and as it says on the website "review all the numbers and finalize everything without needing to drive to the dealership." The only issue was that the original car we reserved was never delivered from the manufacturer, but Abhi and Ideal Hyundai made it right, offered us the exact model for 2024 with no upcharge and honored our trade-in value. We didn't get the car for at least 2 months but it was worth the wait. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, incl. Bill Duque the Finance Director that finalized the sale. Thank you! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for honest, fair car salesmen. More
