I was in a difficult situation where my Hyundai engine had died, I was underwater, and Hyundai Corp would not only NOT cover the engine replacement but always not even attempt to work with me to find a so had died, I was underwater, and Hyundai Corp would not only NOT cover the engine replacement but always not even attempt to work with me to find a solution, leaving me in a very uniquely bad situation. Ideal Hyundai stepped up and found a way to help me. Since I had originally bought the car from Ideal, they worked with me to trade in the car at a fair price, but also get me into something brand new within my budget. I couldn’t be more happy with their understanding, patience, customer service, and willingness to help me when Hyundai wouldn’t. More
