For some reason, h I had the pleasure of buying my super cool 2018 Ford Escape at Larson Ford last month. My sales representative was Bill Fairgrieve. For some reason, he is listed on this site as working in the parts department, but make no mistake, Bill is all about service and is an outstanding salesman. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Bill was super-friendly, knowledgeable, straight-forward, proactive and worked hard to negotiate a good price and a fair value for my trade-in. When I first spoke with Bill, I told him exactly what I was looking for; turns out he is also a good listener. Bill made sure he understood everything I wanted in my new vehicle and secured my Escape from another dealership in just a couple of days. I was thrilled with his service, his attention to detail, and how he went out of his way to make sure I was happy throughout the process. He didn't try to pressure me or up-sell me. I really dreaded the whole car-buying process before walking through the door, but working with him turned out to be an absolute dream. Bill is truly a stand-up guy ... and quite frankly, probably could be a stand-up comedian, too. He's got a great sense of humor. I never had so much fun buying a new vehicle. More
