Sean Devine happened to pass by and we discussed my pending "end of lease" terms (coming up in a year) and showed me the new model of the 2017 Lincoln MKZ. My sales representative, Bill Fannon, was called and we discussed the new features of the 2017 Lincoln. Before I knew it, my current vehicle was ready, We agreed on a future date for follow-up and I was on my way to continue my daily schedule.
