Bill Favini, our sales associate, was extremely helpful and flexible with our wacky schedule. We didn't feel rushed, and Bill let us borrow the car for a few hours so that we could do an extended test drive. We decided on a 2014 car that still felt new, and Bill made sure the car was washed, vacuumed, and looking great by the time we finished with the paperwork. This was my first purchase with RBM, and I have to say it was the smoothest and most professional car buying experience I've had to date. (Sharon, the financial services manager, was a delight to work with as well.) I would definitely recommend RBM, and Bill Favini in particular! Bill has continued to be helpful to us even after the purchase -- answering some questions we had about the car after driving for a few days. More

Mercedes for me from now on. Tired of Lexus car prices and their service prices and general lack of honesty (particularly w/women). We told Bill what we were looking for in February. He offered lots of choices and did his research on precisely what we wanted. He searched high and low for us and found me a pre-owned Mercedes with only 8K miles on it that was PERFECT. The price point was less than half of what I would have had to have paid to replace my Lexus 430. And, Denise gave me a step by step tutorial on my new ride and helped me program my two phones. I couldn't be happier. More
