The children were delighted with the munchies while I was extremely grateful to Bill who ensured that I understood all the ins and outs of buying the Honda. He answered all my questions and was extremely nice and a real pleasure to meet and talk while we discussed the Honda. The Best or Nothing! I have bought a lot of cars from a Porsche to a BMW but I have never had such a great car buying experience like I did with Kyle Edson and Bill Favini I have bought a lot of cars from a Porsche to a BMW but I have never had such a great car buying experience like I did with Kyle Edson and Bill Favini at RBM of Alpharetta. I had a horrible experience at my previous BMW dealership of them pressuring me on everything so I was dreading going through the car buying process again. The things I liked most about purchasing a car from RBM of Alpharetta is that since I have already bought three cars in in three years I knew that it was going to be a rough and long process of negotiating on price for not only the car I wanted to buy but my trade in. Well not at RBM. I liked how even though I priced my BMW on Kelly Blue Book before I arrived that they use Kelly Blue Book as well to value my current car. They gave me exactly what I was looking for regarding the price of my trade in and explained the process in detail. It wasn't some made up number that the manager came up with and say take it or leave it. Next, Kyle was fantastic in negotiations on my new Mercedes SUV. He didn't pressure me into anything or say I had to buy it today or anything. He made the whole stressful car buying process very easy from A to Z. Also the finance department didn't pressure me on upselling additional items that I didn't want. Finally, since I have never owned a Mercedes in the past CJ Carr was nice enough to spend over an hour going through all the buttons and features on my new SUV. She worked around my schedule. Overall I can't thank the RBM family and especially Kyle Edson for treating me like family and making me comfortable in buying a car. I will be buying another car for my wife from Kyle this Winter. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else and I HIGHLY recommend that if you are interested in buying a car to go to RBM of Alpharetta. It is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Plus I have never had a better and more reliable car than a Mercedes. Like their slogan. The best or nothing. More

4th car in 10 years from this dealer We just ordered our 4th GL(S) from this dealer and Bill has been involved in all of them. We've looked at the others in Atlanta and they've only lost one Mercedes sale from us but we always end back here. ( other makes dont count) There have been a few bumps over the years but RBM of Alpharetta has always been great in stepping up and getter my things back on track. Honestly if you're looking at Mercedes in Atlanta metro don't even bother with the others save your time and ultimately money by shopping here. More
