Lemon and Bad Service I have been a regular customer since the opening of RBM North in the Cumming area. I've purchased over 5 cars from this dealership and have watched th I have been a regular customer since the opening of RBM North in the Cumming area. I've purchased over 5 cars from this dealership and have watched the professionalism and service go from exceptional to down right disturbing. I purchased an E550 Convertible that would shut the stereo off every time I turned the car off while the roof was open. Evidently, the sales manager who had driven the car and knew about the issue before selling it to me but withheld that information. A complete lack of ethics on his part. I took the car in for service to attempt to resolve and I received the car back with the convertible top not put back together but rather had a hydraulic pole sitting in my truck and pieces laying around upon returning to me. The issue was never resolved and RBM continued to sell this model knowing the issue as being on all models. Although the GM did what he could to work with me to replace the vehicle the attitude I got from both Bill Favini in Sales, the dishonesty from the Sales Manager and the blatant rudeness from Service was nothing short of shocking. All the previous good service I had received from this dealership went down the drain in a hurry by the shocking and disturbing apathy I received from the staff. I hope that the experience was a learning experience for the staff as I made several complaints about the experience. At this time I would not recommend this dealership until changes are made in both sales and service. More

Integrity says it all ! My wife and I decided to start looking at cars. We were t sure what we wanted so we looked at every SUV from A to Z. Once we settled on the final 2 ch My wife and I decided to start looking at cars. We were t sure what we wanted so we looked at every SUV from A to Z. Once we settled on the final 2 choices , Lexus and Mercedes we really drilled down on everthing available in our research. This was no easy task. Lexus had an " attitude" about them because they were rated best overall in Consumer reports. They are my bible on cars. We spoke to several dealers and just didn't get the feeling that they cared if we bought or not. When we some with several Mercedes dealers , we were impressed with their knowledge and years of service with the dealership. In the end it came down to whom do we want to spend the next 3-4 years with Bill Favini with RBM of Alpharetta stays late and gave us honest pros and cons He cared about our comfort and concerns more than the sale of the car. Now that's a first for us. He told us to think things through and not just buy because we had an itch I was amazed at his total integrity during the entire sales process. We've had the cars 3 days and he has already called us both to be sure we were happy That's just never happened before. Thanks to Bill Favini, we are an RBM Mercedes customer for life ! Exceptional experience We ended up at RBM of Alpharetta because we had found a used car we wanted in their inventory. I sort of expected to be treated as less important beca We ended up at RBM of Alpharetta because we had found a used car we wanted in their inventory. I sort of expected to be treated as less important because we weren't shopping for a new car and the used car was a Ford, not a Mercedes. I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. Everyone treated us with respect from our sales person to the manager and the financial manager. We got a great deal on a great car without any hassle. I'd go back and I will recommend them to others. More

Car buying experience at it's best! I don't normally leave reviews, but I simply can't help myself. I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2014 C250 at RBM Mercedes Benz of Alpharetta and my I don't normally leave reviews, but I simply can't help myself. I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2014 C250 at RBM Mercedes Benz of Alpharetta and my sales consultant Bill Favini was awesome. I was extremely impressed by his attentiveness and knowledge of the car. During the process I was introduced to a few other team members, Diane Evans and Lisa Brennan, which both gave top-notch service just as Bill. I have purchased cars from other dealerships before and I have never felt so ecstatic about my purchase and experience. Thanks for making my car buying process so easy and professional. More

Awesome experience Purchased my second Mercedes from RBM and it could not have been any easier. Worked with Bill Favini. He found me the exact car and options I wanted. Purchased my second Mercedes from RBM and it could not have been any easier. Worked with Bill Favini. He found me the exact car and options I wanted. He arranged all dealer installed items for me. I did not have to deal with the service department. I brought car to him and he saw it through the process and had car waiting upfront for me to pick up. On financing side he handled everything so all I had to do was show up and meet with finance person Sharon Thompson. When I arrived and met with Sharon it took less then 15 minutes and I was on my way. Transaction could not have been any easier. More

This dealership is amazing! This is our 3rd vehicle from RBM of Alpharetta. Our first two were smart cars. And even tho those are the cheapest vehicle they sell by quite a good This is our 3rd vehicle from RBM of Alpharetta. Our first two were smart cars. And even tho those are the cheapest vehicle they sell by quite a good margin, they made the experience seem as though I were buying a 100k car. This go round I finally bought my first actual Mercedes. A C300. Bill Favini and staff are some of the nicest and professional people you will ever deal with. I can't say how happy I am with every aspect of our buying experience. We will be Mercedes customers for life! More
