It is not easy unitl you meet Bill Favini, he really took the time to expalin the cars in simple terms and help us test and experience the cars without any pressure. In fact our goal was to buy a bigger car and with Bill support and knowledge we decided that the '16 E400 Coupehad really all we wanted and then some. Bill's explanation brought it all home for us and the decision was clear. Bill facilitated the purchasing process until we drove the new car home later that afternoon feeling really good about the car and our purchase. I highly recommend you ask for Bill when you viist RBM of Alpharetta, He is rated a 10 in my book. Naturally the dealership is just the same, jsut as good with a focus on complete guest satisfaction. Pre-Owned BMW Convertible I was extremely happy with the experience I had recently with RBM of Alpharetta. I traded in a 2008 Mercedes SLK hard-top convertible (great 2-seater I was extremely happy with the experience I had recently with RBM of Alpharetta. I traded in a 2008 Mercedes SLK hard-top convertible (great 2-seater convertible, by the way) for a pre-owned 2011 BMW 328i hard-top convertible. The only reason I traded in my Mercedes SLK was because I needed a 4-seater converible and I wanted a hard-top convertible (as opposed to a soft-top). My sales consultant, Bill Favini, was extremely helpful and worked with my husband and me to secure the deal. He took excellent care of us during and after the sale. I would definitely recommend Bill to anyone out there who is considering buy a new or used vehicle from this dealership. I would also like to commend Lisa Brennan for walking us through the finance process and helping us decide on what other options were available to us to help us protect our investment. She did not use any high pressure tactics, which seems to be a pretty common practice at some of the dealers we have bought from in the past. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products she had to offer and after carefully considering all of the options available, we ended up buying an extended warranty. She was wonderful to work with and we appreciated her time to help us work out the financing that fit our budget.
