Our experience with Bill was great. From his first contact, in response to our inquiry about an "online special," to the closing--Bill demonstrated knowledge, skill and a willingness to work with us contact, in response to our inquiry about an "online special," to the closing--Bill demonstrated knowledge, skill and a willingness to work with us to be sure we were happy with our new pre-owned car. Bill took the time to give a thoughtful demo of the features important to us as well as "hidden" needs we might not have considered. In addition, Bill and the whole team gave great service with all the paperwork and closing--even coming to my office the following day, when we left our garage door opener in the old car. I can't say enough great things about Bill. He turned an experience most people dread into something that was easy, and efficient. I would recommend Bill and this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or pre-owned car. More

We love our "new" car. Bill was awesome to work with. He respected our decisions during our buying experience. We thought that the trade value on our car was very fair. The dealership is very nice and they make you feel so comfortable. I was taken over to meet someone in the service department and I visited the parts department as well. This place is top notch and so are the employees. Many thanks to Bill who has great follow up. We were there on a very busy Saturday and still received his upmost attention during our entire process which by the way was not long at all. I would highly recommend RBM North to everyone I know. My wife and I recently purchased an SLK 300 from RBM of Atlanta. We worked with Bill Favini. I first made contact with Bill on the internet. Bill Favini was my car salesman and he was very professional and approachable. I was a little nervous due to the fact that I was buying a car from out of state, but he put my mind at ease and made professional and approachable. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Bill Favini and RBM North. We go back because Bill cares about us and we are not just 'another sale'. He follows up with us and insures that we are truly Favini and RBM North. We go back because Bill cares about us and we are not just 'another sale'. He follows up with us and insures that we are truly happy with the purchase. This last purchase involved Carol Duster and the Finance person Sharon Thompson, who were all fantastic as well. It was a team effort from the Salesfloor to getting us out the door and we appreciate all of the effort to insure we had a positive experience. Life is good with Bill and the RBM team. More

Bill was such a fabulous sales person last October selling us our SMART, we are revisiting RBM again soon for our next vehicle. He was attentive and followed up with us regularly. The car search is tedious, to say the least! After determining what type of vehicle I was in the market for, I began the exhaustive and lengthy search to find the right vehicle at the right price. I l determining what type of vehicle I was in the market for, I began the exhaustive and lengthy search to find the right vehicle at the right price. I located that vehicle at RBM of Atlanta-North. When I phoned the dealership, I was fortunate enough to have Mr. Favini answer the phone. Interestingly, I did not realize I was phoning the RBM North, instead I thought I was phoning the RBM in Roswell (which I had already visited to test drive my desired vehicle). When I told Mr. Favini what vehicle I was interested in, then explained that I had test driven a vehicle AND that I had spoken with a different gentleman - he worked hard to help me find that person ... until we both realized it was at the other dealership. From that point, the relationship went from good to great! Mr. Favini took care of every facet of the process seamlessly. After we agreed upon price, over the phone, he had the entire process handled when I arrived to take delivery of the vehicle. I arrived at the dealership, signed my loan docs, met with the Service Manager went through a very thorough "in-service" on the vehicle by Mr. Favini, and left within about one hour and 15 minutes. I had explained to Bill that time was very valuable to me, and that I did not want to be there long, and he delivered 10-fold. Additionally, he handled setting up my MBrace account, Sirius/XM account and filled the tank prior to my arrival. The next day, he phoned me while in the vehicle to see if I had questions or concerns about the vehicle or any of its many interior functions. I was truly amazed at the level of customer service he provided considering the sale was already done. From the second we started speaking on the phone, until now (and I'm sure going forward) he treated me like I was the only individual on the planet purchasing a vehicle. Do yourself a favor, and call Bill Favini next time you want to purchase a vehicle -- You will be thankful you did! More

I'm a 62yo with a with my wife and had the pleasure of meeting Bill Favini at RBM Atlanta-North. I found Bill to be very professional and informed. I'm a 62yo with a long history of buying Cars, and Bill, without a doubt, made it very easy for me and my Wife. I strongly recommend this Dealership, and encourage anyone looking for a Car at this Dealership to ask for Bill Favini.
