Have bought new and used from RBM and have had all my Mercedes serviced at the dealership. They get 5 stars from me. They have always been fair, prompt, and extremely courteous. My wife was looking for a good used vehicle when she came across RBM of Atlanta North. After finding a 2010 Mazda she called and spoke to Bill Favini. 2 weeks later my wife had the opportunity to go up ther across RBM of Atlanta North. After finding a 2010 Mazda she called and spoke to Bill Favini. 2 weeks later my wife had the opportunity to go up there and give it a test drive. Bill Favini met her onsite and showed her the car. Bill Favini is a great asset to RBM of Atlanta-North and possesses all the right skills and abilities a true car salesman should have. He was very professional and was able to answer every question without hesitation. He went above and beyond and was never pushy about the purchase. It was a pleasure working with him and I look forward to many more purchases from him and RBM of Atlanta North. Thank you again. John S. More

Working with RBM North and particularly Bill Favini was a very pleasant experience. Bill took his time to understand my needs and desires when it came to purchasing my 2012 ML 350. I just bought my 2nd Mercedes from Bill Favini at RBM North in less than 8 months. I live in Tennessee and drive 4 hours to purchase my vehicles because you can't get the quality of service and great pr North in less than 8 months. The is the 2nd pre-owned vehicle I've purchased from RBM North. If they have a preowned vehicle on the lot, you can be sure that the vehicle is in MINT condition and competitively priced. The sales team is North. If they have a preowned vehicle on the lot, you can be sure that the vehicle is in MINT condition and competitively priced. The sales team is both knowledgeable and friendly. When your vehicle needs to be serviced, they most likely will offer you a loaner. I also found out that if you need a tow, Mercedes will tow your vehicle to a dealership a no addition cost. More

Excellent sales personnel with Bill Favini, no hard pressure sales tactics,very informative, willing to answer any question and relatively easy to deal with (I always want more money in my pocket).
