Carol Cook KOERNER - Marietta, Ga. new owner of an ML350 I went to RBM in Sandy Springs - was told someone would be with me shortly, I walked around outside for 35:min and no one came out to assist me. Left and drove up to RBM of Alpharetta; smartest move ever! I was greeted sincerely by Sales Rep. BILL FAVINI who was a wealth of information. His knowledge of his product was amazing and his "patience" very much appreciated. Returned a week later and met with Bill who's professionalism put us completely at ease. We ordered two vehicles; the wait was accurate and I truly love my ML350. My husband's R400Coupe will be here soon. RBM of Alpharetta will be a positive relationship for us, thanks to our salesman Bill Favini. More

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I experienced excellent customer service throughout my buying experience. I looked at the vehicle I wanted online, sent an email and the same day Bil I experienced excellent customer service throughout my buying experience. I looked at the vehicle I wanted online, sent an email and the same day Bill Favini answered all my questions. My salesperson, (Bill Favini) was extremely professional and genuine. He went the extra mile to assure I had the exact vehicle I wanted and made my buying experience one of the bests. It was a pleasure working with him. I also recommend Lisa Brennan and Carol Duster in the Finance department, excellent ladies to work with! no pressure at any time and they were genuinely concerned about my experience and expectations!!! Also Diane Evans who introduced me to all the gadgets!!! Hands down best Mercedes dealer!!! More

Best Experience Ever!! As a rookie, this was my first Mercedes Benz purchase. My husband decided to give me an upgrade from my Toyota Camry and it was truly a smooth transition. I had spent the day shopping around online, and went to two dealerships not far from where I live but didn't feel very welcomed there and the salesman was not very friendly. So my last call of the day was to RBM of Alpharetta and Bill Favini picked up the phone and answered all of my questions very professionally. Bill was extremely helpful and informative all in just one phone call. By the time we had arrived to the dealership (3 days later) I already felt like I had known Bill for years. Bought a 2011 Acura MDX that was traded in. Never any pressure from start to finish. Was never given a "sales pitch' at any time. Highly recommend using them. More

Ladies and Gentlemen in this corner a known German competitor (*) (*); IN THIS CORNER, BILL "THE GRILLER" of RBM North Yeah! He listened very well to my needs (Pain & Discomfort), really! I am a disab competitor (*) (*); IN THIS CORNER, BILL "THE GRILLER" of RBM North Yeah! He listened very well to my needs (Pain & Discomfort), really! I am a disabled veteran who has experienced several surgeries; I drove two hours to RBM of Alpharetta to look into getting a CPO I observed on-line which I thought would accommodate my needs, however as I entered and exited a E350, it was very difficult and uncomfortable due to my past back surgery. I mentioned to Bill that I once owned a 320CDI. Bill being the great listener, he began round three, danced around, and threw a jab wow, a 2014 ML 350 Blue-tech. Once I slid into the seat, my back exclaim! "Roger that", it was not over yet, as I drove it the maneuverability of steering with a finger turn radius is phenomenal; the quietness was unbelievable. During the final round, the detail person presented Bill with the ML 350 Blue tech he noticed a small dent just to the right of the door handle; he told me he would take care of it, even if he had to drive the two-hour journey to Middle Georgia (Kathleen). I took deliver anyway, Bill kept to his word, and drove the two-hour drive to my home and gave me a loaner, then returned my ML on the second day the small dent was gone. This is the type of customer service with Mercedes-Benz speaks for itself -overwhelming Nothing like it going above the bar of RBM competitors the other German manufacturer. LADIES & GENTLEMEN, the WINNER AND TITLE HOLDER – ALL-TIME-CHAMPION & UNDEFEATED CONSULTANT, BILL FAVINI BY TKO! RBM NORTH/ALPHARETTA is a knockout dealer! This was a really good experience for me. I purchased an E550 and the transaction was very smooth. I was treated with respect and my needs as well as my wants were satisfied. Bill Favini, along with Lisa and Sharon were the utmost professionals that I have ever had the experience of working with at a car dealership. These cars have so many options and if you don't have knowledgeable people helping you, You would end up buying a vehicle and not knowing what you really have. I know, because I did a lot of research on these vehicles, at least I thought I had, until I went to RBM North. They took the time and explained what I was buying. Bill still follows up with me every other day to see if everything is going satisfactory. Go figure, I had to go all the way across town to get what I wanted. Thanks bill More
