Ive been a BMW guy for the last 20 years at least, never considered Mercedes. Upon reviewing the E63 AMG online and looking around, I stopped in and was greeted by Bill Favini, which at first I just wanted considered Mercedes. Upon reviewing the E63 AMG online and looking around, I stopped in and was greeted by Bill Favini, which at first I just wanted to look at the car. Bill realized that right away and let me do my thing until I was ready to talk to someone (nice touch). So I end up leasing a new, not yet manufactured E63 from RBM, but had to wait a month for it. I wont share the details of what they did for me during this period, but it included Bill sharing a picture of the boat carrying my new car, as well as providing up to date production details as it came closer to delivery date. The car is unbeliveable, best Ive ever had, and the crew at RBM and Bill Favini know how to match the level of Mercedes craftmanship with GREAT service. More

Bill Favini was particularly helpful, patient and pressureless and made the shopping experience very pleasant. Our selection is a beautiful silver car with ash interior. Everything is "as new" standard. It warranted the 'Certified' label which added an additional year to the warranty still left on the original purchase. It is a quiet, smooth ride and the braking system is incredible! We couldn't be happier because the price for all this was great. More
