My bad experience The people who I dealt with at this dealership were exactly what you would think of the worst car sales experience you could have. They were very unpr The people who I dealt with at this dealership were exactly what you would think of the worst car sales experience you could have. They were very unprofessional. The tried to rip me off at every turn. I would not buy another car there. I was in a bad situation and they took advantage of it. My car's engine light came on and I had the car towed 120 miles to go there because I bought it there and wanted to use their service department. The engine was beyond fixing so I decided to buy something new. The sales person was rude and condensending. I ended up with a very bad deal because they only wanted to give me $100.00 for my 2011 VW Tiguan. As I was there for approximately 4 hours I was worn down and signed the papers. The salesman told me not to take the mats out of the car because he wanted to buy it. About an hour later I texted the finance guy that I wanted to remove the Tiguan from the deal.as it was Saturday night and they were closed I had to return on Monday. The manager came into the finance office and started yelling at me . In the end they offered me $2000.00 for my Tiguan. I accepted and left. This is the same car they originally wanted to give me $100.00 for. I also asked the finance guy to check if I left my prescription sunglasses in the car. He said he would and never responded after that. I had recently lost my husband to cancer and they knew that. More

Excellent experience AGAIN! Had done a TON of research on the 2018 Camry, and actually had gone in just to drive one to get the feel of the car, as I had really thought that I wa Had done a TON of research on the 2018 Camry, and actually had gone in just to drive one to get the feel of the car, as I had really thought that I was going to wait for a pre-owned 2018 Camry to hit the lot...and along came Todd Klein. He listened intently and immediately suggested that I absolutely should drive one! We test drove and learned even more about the car! Todd had mentioned that the thought of going new had some very significant positives, especially related to interest rates and additional value of drive train extended service offered by My Import Auto, and he quickly got our car appraised. We discussed the overall financials and quickly settled on what I felt was an excellent deal. Todd was kind, patient and did not apply any pressure. The entire experience was great!! This is our second vehicle that we have gotten at My Import. We will, without question, be back, and highly recommend both My Import and Todd Klein! More
