I was quite indecisive about what I wanted, and Roy VanLiere was very patient and honest with me. He answered my MANY questions regarding the Camry (different trims, packages) whether leasing or purchasing was better for me, crunched numbers multiple times and really worked to stay within my budget. We also dealt a bit with Charlie Knapp, Alex and Bill.....all were very kind, attentive and accommodating. Two nights in a row we were there late, which kept Roy and the rest of them there after hours, not one of them seemed annoyed or put out in any way, and definitely were not pushy. The massage chairs are a nice perk as well! I would definitely recommend this dealership! And I LOVE my new Camry XSE!! More

2018 limited-platinum Highlander Bought a 2015 Tundra brand new in 15, from My Auto,I've have been driving the 45min+ drive for oil changes/service even when there is a Toyota dealer Bought a 2015 Tundra brand new in 15, from My Auto,I've have been driving the 45min+ drive for oil changes/service even when there is a Toyota dealer 5 min from my house. My Auto isn't pushy, just down right good people. Now it's 2018 and buying the wife a car/ needed an oil change on the truck. Test drove a limited platinum Highlander and loved it ended up purchasing the Highlander. Sales was very professional and worked on getting you what you want. I plan on purchasing all my new Toyotas/vehicles from My Auto in the future. More

Easy buying experience Dealt with Fred Weiss. This is 2nd Toyota I have purchased at My Auto. Fred went through all the bells and whistles for my wife. I had done all the Dealt with Fred Weiss. This is 2nd Toyota I have purchased at My Auto. Fred went through all the bells and whistles for my wife. I had done all the research on a new Highlander. He sold her the car I had already decided on. Both of us agree on this vehicle. Hoping it does as well as our Outback that we purchase at My Auto. Good service at the dealer and no problem selling my Subaru on my own. Gone in an hour on line. More

My bad experience The people who I dealt with at this dealership were exactly what you would think of the worst car sales experience you could have. They were very unpr The people who I dealt with at this dealership were exactly what you would think of the worst car sales experience you could have. They were very unprofessional. The tried to rip me off at every turn. I would not buy another car there. I was in a bad situation and they took advantage of it. My car's engine light came on and I had the car towed 120 miles to go there because I bought it there and wanted to use their service department. The engine was beyond fixing so I decided to buy something new. The sales person was rude and condensending. I ended up with a very bad deal because they only wanted to give me $100.00 for my 2011 VW Tiguan. As I was there for approximately 4 hours I was worn down and signed the papers. The salesman told me not to take the mats out of the car because he wanted to buy it. About an hour later I texted the finance guy that I wanted to remove the Tiguan from the deal.as it was Saturday night and they were closed I had to return on Monday. The manager came into the finance office and started yelling at me . In the end they offered me $2000.00 for my Tiguan. I accepted and left. This is the same car they originally wanted to give me $100.00 for. I also asked the finance guy to check if I left my prescription sunglasses in the car. He said he would and never responded after that. I had recently lost my husband to cancer and they knew that. More
