there was confusing communication on the length of time to perform a diagnostic. there was little communication throughout the 2 days that my car was at the dealership. The care was given back to me in wor to perform a diagnostic. there was little communication throughout the 2 days that my car was at the dealership. The care was given back to me in worse condition then when I dropped it off with a mere shrug of the shoulders and zero communication that the diagnostic rendered my car un-drivable upon pickup. I only learned of the condition AFTER I paid and was given the keys and had to return to the service department to find the managers already waiting for me and my complaints. Then had to leave the car for a 3rd day so that they could return the car to me in drivable condition. More

Had to be the worst dealer communication ever! Bought the vehicle with a factory paint blemish which they offered to fix through a third party. They had my truck for SIX weeks and only got a cal Bought the vehicle with a factory paint blemish which they offered to fix through a third party. They had my truck for SIX weeks and only got a call back ONCE on the status update. I would call the service advisor weekly and sometimes multiple times a week leaving messages with him and others and would get no call back. Only time I got a call back was when I messaged the salesman in frustration and he told the salesman to call me back. I tried multiple advisors and said they couldn't help me cause Dalton was the one familiar with my situation. I tried calling the service manager to get an update/complain, ...but you guessed it, they didn't answer or call back either. Got so bad that I skipped Butler altogether and went straight to the third party doing the work to get updates. They knew me based on my vehicle and would call me to give status updates. Thankfully they even called me to let me know it was done and they were sending it back to the dealer because when I picked it up from the dealer, they didn't have the paperwork done and didn't know it was returned. Hindsight I should have known as prior to dropping the truck off to get fixed, it took 3-4 weeks of hounding the service department to set up the initial appointment to get the truck in for the fix. They would never call me back and I was forced to use the salesman as a middle man to facilitate getting my truck scheduled. This has to be the worse dealer I've ever been to and I've been to a bunch of dealers all over the US. Buying experience was great, service experience was terrible. Would not recommend sending your vehicle here as they don't care whatsoever and good luck getting ahold of anyone. More

This is 3rd time that I've purchased a vehicle from them and worked with Fuzz, each time I was treated very well and with respect, which made it a great experience. and worked with Fuzz, each time I was treated very well and with respect, which made it a great experience. More

Very easy dealership to purchase a car, new or pre-owned. Sales people and Manager were extremely helpful and easy to deal with.
