I have been doing business with Glenn Toyota since my purchase of a 2009 Tacoma. I am 62 years old and this is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. My experience at Glenn Toyota was stellar! It is clear that they have gone to extensive lengths to create an atmosphere where customers are treated with respect and integrity. Paul Edwards, the salesman t that they have gone to extensive lengths to create an atmosphere where customers are treated with respect and integrity. Paul Edwards, the salesman that I worked with, was incredibly informed but equally patient. He answered every question I had about the car I was considering; if he didn’t know the answer, he would say so and find the answer from someone who did. And, he went to every length possible to find me exactly the car that I wanted while also getting the best price possible for me. The xxI guy, Bill, was equally informative, but also was respectful and laid-back about selling products. He informed me of the products and services the dealership could offer, why he thought they were a useful, and made the best price he could. There was no B.S. or pushiness. The process was unbelievably transparent! I couldn’t be happier with my experience or the car I got. I would recommend both Paul Edwards and Glenn Toyota without hesitation or reservation. More
