Overall, good experience Initially, I dealt with Tom Coleman. He was anything but friendly! I was made to feel like I was stupid, I felt belittled and disrespected. I notified management immediately, in which case I dealt directly with the general sales manager. Then I was referred to Kelly Brown. Kelly was a pleasure to work with! Dustin Hicks was great in the finance area as well! More

Over the weekend I went to check out a vehicle from the Whitten Brothers of Ashland, and received absolutely fantastic customer service from this dealership. It's not often I have a good enough experience Whitten Brothers of Ashland, and received absolutely fantastic customer service from this dealership. It's not often I have a good enough experience to even walk away happy with, let alone an experience that leads to me recommending it to those close to me. One of their salesman even let me borrow his charger for my phone since I had an hour+ drive home! They not only have the reviews, but the genuine good people in their facility to back it up. I didn't even end up purchasing the vehicle from them and they continued to be respectful and eager to please. I highly recommend doing business with this establishment, and personally look forward to hopefully making a purchase from them in the future. More

I VISITED WHITTEN BROTHERS AFTER SEEING ONE OF THEIR VECHILES ONLINE FOR SALE. FROM THE MOMENT I ARRIVED TO THE MOMENT I LEFT IN MY NEW JEEP, CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING. EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY VECHILES ONLINE FOR SALE. FROM THE MOMENT I ARRIVED TO THE MOMENT I LEFT IN MY NEW JEEP, CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING. EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.
