I asked lots of questions via email and asked for additional pictures & videos so we could contact Ashley she was super responsive and accommodating! I asked lots of questions via email and asked for additional pictures & videos so we could see some of the cars details up close. Ashley responded to all my asks immediately. The actual purchase was completed on a very rainy Saturday and Ashley took care of all the details, made sure we were protected from the weather and we so patient with my wife (her new car) while going over all the settings and preferences for the display and menu set up... including the BMW app and helping her get all that set up. We have bought many cars over the years and I must say this was one of the best purchase experiences we have ever been through.
