I had an excellent experience at BMW Fort Washington, and I especially want to recognize Ben from the service department. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what was being done with my vehicle. What really stood out to me was how attentive and genuinely helpful Ben was. He made the entire service experience smooth and stress-free, and I never felt like I was being rushed or ignored. His communication and customer service were exceptional. BMW Fort Washington is lucky to have someone like Ben on their team. I truly appreciate the time and effort he put into taking care of me and my vehicle. I would definitely recommend asking for Ben if you visit the service center.
