I received a pre-approval in the mail regarding the dealership's current sale. I spoke with Shannon by phone and advised that I would be happy to look, but I had to leave to work in 2 hours. Shannon greeted me with a smile and bubbling personality. The entire staff was pleasant and eager to assist from the moment I walked through the door. I shared with Shannon that I reviewed the inventory online and had 3 vehicles in mind. Shannon pulled the information on all three cars, she collected the needed information from such as a paystub, proof of residence, photo id and Bill took over from there. My information was reviewed while I went on a test drive. By time I arrived back the financing was underway. Everything ran so smoothly and effortlessly that I was walking out with keys and on my way to work WITHIN THE TWO HOURS Shannon guaranteed me. This is my 2nd vehichle with this dealership. Frank explained eveything about the Highlander and made sure we understood exactly what we were getting and the options available and then turned us over to Lad for the add-ons we wanted.
