The mechanics looked at it & in a timely matter told me what the problem was, that they would fix it & deliver it. After the whole process, we left and when it was delivered everything was good to go. They were very accommodating & welcoming & I would recommend Shannon or anyone at the dealership. Very pleased. More

Treated me like a #1 priority even when we ran late and she was supposed to get off work an hour before we got done, but even then she didn't rush, continued to be thorough, and even took the time as I was leaving to set up my blue tooth for my phone. I will be telling everyone I know what a wonderful job she did, and the great deal Toyota of Akron gave me, defiantly the best service I ever had buying a car!! Thanks so much!! :) More

Very pleased When I came in originally I had not intended to buy a car at all. I have heard so many terrible things about various car dealerships, but John Heslep at Summit Toyota broke all of the "sleazy salesman" stereotypes and helped me find a car that I can afford and that I really love! John never rushed or pressured me, but listened and attended to my purchasing needs and concerns. I was able to lease my Rav 4 with confidence and excitement.
