However, upon entry into the dealership I met Bill who was an outstanding salesmen and someone who displayed some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a longtime. Bill was very hands on and listened to every detail of concern I had with the used/certified vehicle that I purchased. Bill went beyond my expectations and for that very reason I would direct everyone to him to buy a car whether used/new. I felt like I was apart of the Subaru experience, but I think I was really apart of the Bill Klozik experience! Thanks Subaru of Grapvine! More

The initial delivery of my first Crosstrek was not what I was expecting and the sales person was new and lacking some experience with the paperwork. I was just in from a long business trip so my patience was not the best that afternoon. What amazed me was that David Cheney contacted me because he knew that the overall experience for me was not ideal and wanted to make sure I was happy. This was a first for me from a dealership! :) I ended up getting a different trim level that was more of what I needed and the delivery this week was amazing with Darrell and David. Brian in F&I also went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the overall deal and payments. I love my new Crosstrek and very happy with the service I received from David, Darrell and team. It was a great experience and I am very appreciative of all of their efforts!! More

We wanted a 7 seat ascent in blue color and then later changed our minds to an 8 seat, although there was no 8 seat in the inventory he worked it for us with another dealership and got us the exact car we wanted in the same color and without a wait period. We would highly recommend working with Bill as he is a great listener, takes care of your needs and delivers nothing but the best!!!! More

We eventually met Bill Klozik a sale consultant in the lot. He was very well informed and experienced guy. Helped us to find the right car. When I did arrive onsite for a test drive, Wing worked within my parameters of the build that I was looking for and I never felt rushed or pressured in the process. Wing was extremely patient with me as I sorted out all of the new features of the Subaru—taking the time to explain and let me experience some of the newer safety options. Despite all the wonderful tech inside the Subarus, I never felt overwhelmed because of the care in ensuring my comfort and knowledge in the vehicle’s features. When I was ready to pull the trigger, Wing was able to streamline the financing and paperwork so I could get back home to show off the new digs to the family. I had an exceptional experience with Wing at Subaru of Grapevine and would highly recommend this place to anyone in the future. Thanks! More
