Overall had the best experience! They were all super helpful and friendly. It was nice to walk into the place and not feel as if I needed to leave right then and there with a car. I went in looking for something that’s safer for my son and I and I sure did drive away with just that! Bill was amazing. He really listened to my concerns and questions about everything. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and will NOT be my last time buying a car from Heritage Ford. :) Also the lady in the financial department (forgot her name sorry) was willing working hard to allow all the numbers to come out correctly so that I was still in budget and would not be able to afford the car!
